gloomy monday
This summer, as I expected, will be as boring as last year. For some reasons, I decided not to have summer classes so I ended up staying at jome the whole day while most of my friends are busy with their schoolworks. What's worse about this year's summer is the continuous rain. It has been raining for several days now. Another thing is me being broke, yet again. Consequently, I have failed, again and again, to satisfy my craving for shawarma. I've been craving for that particular food since my the start of my second semester last academic year.
***I still haven't seen him. Sad. It's been almost a month. Crap. I have not given up yet, though. I know somewhere, somehow, sometime, I will still be able to see him, at least. Just a glimpse of him will do. Shocks, what am I saying? I can't believe myself.***

never stay where you're not wanted
Second semester is officially over! It's now time for summer classes. A lot of things has happened. A lot of ups and downs have been experienced, and through all that, I learned a very significant lesson: never stay where you're not wanted. I know, it's a bit unrelated, but I don't care. Since nobody is reading my blog but me, I decided to post some melodramatic stories and thoughts.
I am fund of answering survey questions that are posted on my Friendster account. One day, as I was answering one of the questions, I stopped for a moment. I was answering a question which was easy for me to answer before, but now seemed to be a bit difficult to me now. The question was, when was the last time you laughed so hard? it took me a while to answer that. I suddenly thought, when was that last time I laughed so hard? I noticed that I haven't been laughing a lot recently. Maybe it's because I have been alone for some time. I haven't met my friends for a long time and haven't hung out with them for a while. But then, there are also other people whom I want to be with. There's this person whom I'm very close with, but I haven't also seen for a while.
My mind keeps telling me to go and have some fun with them, but on the second thought, di rin ako mag-eenjoy. Do you know the feeling of being out of place? It's like you're invisible to them. They don't talk to you nor look at you. So why would I go and hang out people like that? I'm the kind of person who don't go with people who treats me like a nobody.
I don't know where this post will go. Basta I'm sure of one thing, I will never, ever stay where I'm not wanted. Di ko ipipilit ang sarili ko sa mga taong ayaw sakin. I'm that thick.

exams, presentations..what else could complete a perfect hell week?
Exams for three days in a row, not to mention two on the same day, and a project to make and presentation coming ahead. These are the ingredients in a wicked recipe called hell week. I've finally finished two exams, three to go. I still haven't contacted my partner yet. We haven't talked about how we will make our project and when we will present.
Gosh. Pressure is building up all over me. To add up to that, I still don't know how my day would turn out tomorrow. I have two exams on the same day and time.

Today is the starting day of the enlistment period for the summer classes, but still, I'm not yet decided if I will enroll this summer or not. Though I have fully accepted the fact that I am now delayed, I still want to at least not to get too far behind. Gusto kong makahabol, in other words.

loooots of humps ahead
I really don't have anything to write(well, type, in this case), I just felt like posting something here. No agenda at all or whatsoever. Actually, I should be studying right now. I have an exam coming tomorrow night, and yet I haven't started browsing through my notes. Really a model student. Haha!☺
Well, my day started pretty good. Unfortunately, I woke up a bit late this morning. Luckily, I wasn't late. How did that happen? Okay, here's the reason. Since I woke up late, I decided not to eat my breakfast because I'm a certified slow-eater during breakfast and second, because aside from being a slow-eater, I also happen to consume a lot of time in taking a bath. And not just that, every Wednesday and Friday, mahina ang tubig. I don't know why. Nakakainis nga eh. So during those days, from the moment I wake up, I would go straight to bathroom and turn on the faucets so I could have enough water when I take a bath.
Yesterday was a Tuesday. I was expecting a delivery from someone. As expected, it arrived. I was so excited to try the garment on. To my dismay, I didn't like the way blouse fitted me. I looked like a giant hanger. And so, I tried several methods to make it look better, at least. I tried to put on a belt. It did look better. But the thing is, I'm not used to wearing accessories(I consider belts as accessories). I'm really disappointed. I really, really want to wear that blouse, but... *sigh* :( I felt like I just wasted my money for no reason. Sayang din yun.
Lessons learned. I will not go online shopping anymore. Kainis lang.

late realizations
This morning, I was watching the music chart of Myx for foreign artists. I was able to watch Katy Perry's latest music video entitled, "Thinking of You". Matt Dallas, a.k.a. Kyle of the TV show Kyle XY was there. Oh my, he's really cute. I don't know why ngayun ko lng napansin un. He's got really gorgoeus and expressive eyes. Katy's lucky to be able to work with him. Haha. Well, so much for that. I still have to study. I have an exam tomorrow, sana maipasa ko ulit. Wish me luck!☺

Later this morning, as I was on my way home, I came across some guys wearing exactly the same shirts. There's a simple sentence imprinted at the back. A very subtle sentence that made a huge impact on me.
"Ang tamad talo...

The first line was all in capital letters and the latter was in bold letters. I think I don't deserve to wear that shirt. A really good message to students, not just in UPLB, but to all the students in general. Ang galing ko magsalita noh, parang ang sipag-sipag ko eh. Tsk.
It's a bit funny, though. Nananadya talaga. I read it when I was currently thinking about my research paper, that I still haven't started yet due to unimportant and non-sense reasons.
